Preparing Your Quilt/Shipping/Payment

*Square up your quilt.  (Fold the quilt top in half and in half again.  It is not square if the corners don't line up.  Use a squaring ruler and a rotary cutter to square it.  Do the same with the backing.)  The backing and batting need to be a minimum of 4 inches larger then the quilt top.

*Cut all loose threads front and back of both pieces.

*Make sure no selvages are left on seams or edges.

*Press top with all seams flat.  Be sure to trim seam areas (such as where four corners come together or similar joins) so they will flatten out.  If these areas are left over-lapping and bulging, it will be difficult to glide over these seams.  (Be careful not to trim too much!).

*We will attempt to blend puckers and stretched areas, however, cannot guarantee these corrections.

*Do NOT baste your quilt or even pin baste it.  All layers must be separate.

*Mark the top of your quilt top and backing with a safety pin.

*I will choose a color thread to best match your quilt, or you may inform me of color a preference.

*Please Print and Fill Out the Order Form  CLICK HERE FOR FORM  and include it in your package.

*Carefully fold your quilt top and backing and package them for mailing or UPS.  Be sure to include your Order Form with deposit in this package.  Be sure to insure your package.

*Mail or UPS your package along with your deposit to:

When I receive your quilt, I will contact you to confirm all details and total price.  I will mail or e-mail you the bill.

Your completed quilt will be sent to you when final payment is received.  Currently I accept checks or money orders.  If payment is made with a check, quilt will be shipped after check clears the bank.

*$15.00 Shipping fee will be added to order for Return Shipping and Insurance ($200 value).  Additional Insurance can be purchased for $.50 per $100 value.
